About the Position
The Plant Manager for the Lethbridge Animal Nutrition facility will be responsible for daily oversight and continuous optimization of plant processes and long‑term operational strategy for a full production complex. The facility workforce consists of approximately 15 employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Commit to and lead ongoing safety initiatives, building an engaged safety culture for all colleagues.
- Direct plant operations, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, manufacturing quality, production, cost optimization, yield and sustainability.
- Build trusting relationships, recruit, manage and develop operations staff.
