Plant Manager Position
Our client in the building/manufacturing industry has a position available for a Plant Manager.
Salary: Highly Negotiable
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Production/Engineering
- 10+ Years’ experience in Production Management
- Stamping Plant experience – up to 400 ton presses
- Sound industrial relations experience
- Quality Management and Continuous improvement experience
Duties:
- Manage, plant and direct Stamping and Steel Production, Warehouse, Maintenance Toolroom of the plant
- Drive project objectives for each department.
- Coordinate and drive automation improvements and maintenance activities including capital and non-capital projects
- Prepare and execute Capex requests
- Implement basic PLC and sensor systems
