Your Contribution

As a Plant Manager reporting to the Director of Operations USA/Canada, you will be responsible for full P&L and line responsibilities for Production Engineering, Logistics & Operational Excellence, Controlling, Human Resources, and all other functional departments at the MAHLE Tilbury site. You will foster a highly functioning ONE-MAHLE team culture, develop business strategies, budgeting, cost reduction, warranty, staffing, safety and labor relations to achieve organizational performance in line with our strategic plan.
