**Plant Manager**

**What The Role Is**
Reporting to the Region Manager, the Wind Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations at the Mountain Wind Farm.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Accountable for the safe and compliant operation of an CEG wind farm installation.
+ Responsible for monitoring, upkeep, and reporting of plant performance.
+ Create an annual operating plan and provide input on an annual budget.
+ Set direction and measure operational performance of staff and site contractors.
+ Primary contact for issue resolution in performance and land utilization issues.
+ Local point of contact for land owners, local authorities and state agencies regarding environmental and contractual issues involving wind farm installations.
+ Participate in contract negotiations with sub contractors and other vendors for parts and services required for wind power installations for site.
