Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience as a nurse in a hospital or industrial setting
- BOSH Training (may be completed after recruitment)
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
- With a valid driver’s license (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the workplace is equipped with the necessary first aid supplies and equipment in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards
- Provide first aid care to personnel following Red Cross and professional nursing guidelines
- Initiate training, drills, and exercises to improve workers’ first aid skills
- Facilitate the hospitalization and other medical needs of employees through prompt referrals and submission of documentary requirements (e.g., PhilHealth, SSS, ECC, and the company’s hospitalization policy)
