**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient production
+ Perform routine inspections and make operational adjustments as needed
+ Identify and report equipment or process issues promptly
+ Support housekeeping and material handling activities across the plant
+ Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
