Become a key part of AltaGas as a Plant Operator in Prince Rupert, BC, where you focus on safety and day-to-day operations. Join the REEF Terminal Operations team and lead critical operational processes.
In this hands-on position, you will support commissioning and startup efforts while ensuring compliance with AltaGas’ safety standards. A strong background in Gas Plant or Terminal Operations, alongside a 4th Class Power Engineering certification, is essential. You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor and Panel Control Operator to ensure operational efficiency and effective training of junior employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all operations align with safety and compliance standards
• Lead VLGC loading operations effectively
• Conduct operator rounds and safety checks
