Plant Operative
Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different, full training is provided, and you're part of a supportive team? We'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
Don't worry if you've never done this before - we'll train you. Your day-to-day will include:
- Driving a counterbalance forklift and loading shovel to keep production moving
- Running our automated sand drying and mortar mixing systems from the control room
- Loading lorries safely and efficiently
- Carrying out simple quality checks in our lab (nothing complicated!)
- Helping keep the factory tidy, safe and well maintained
- Preparing silo equipment ready for customer delivery
- Pitching in with other general factory tasks as needed
