Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join their Hazelnut Company Chile in Valparaíso, Chile. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead plant performance improvements by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.
Your responsibilities include driving a culture of continuous improvement, overseeing cross-functional projects, and managing budget planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean Manufacturing and project management, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.
