Job Description
Purpose
To support SEA plant operations (Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand) in driving plant productivity, executing process related design calculation, process simulation, troubleshooting, plant on-site support and other activities as required.
Nature and Scope
Responsible to support SEA plant operations (Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand) to ensure plant process safety operation, productivity achievement and cost effectiveness in unit operations.
Principal Accountabilities
- Drive plant process optimization and generate new continuous improvement idea to achieve plant productivity target.
- Support operation in plant restart, process troubleshooting and root cause analysis for plant issue.
- Review and approve process isolation plan for a major work/modification.
- Review and approve plant operation EMOC from process perspective.
- Support relevant process expertise like P&ID markup, process design ...
