Job Description

The Role

:
  • Manage a team and resources to deliver effective, high quality services to our clients.

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints, ensuring a consistently customer-focused approach.

  • Provide operational and technical support to minimise risk and proactively manage incidents.

  • Plan, organise and coordinate work schedules efficiently.

  • Work closely with Supervisors, Contracts Managers and external stakeholders.

  • Support team members with day-to-day challenges and problem resolution.

  • Ensure all team members are appropriately trained and compliant, enabling work to be carried out safely and competently.
