Plastic Surgery MDT Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Plastic Surgery Coordinator at Great Western Hospital, Swindon who can work within the hospital on a full time, permanent basis (37.5hrs per week).
Main duties of the job
The Plastic Surgery Coordinator will support Cancer Services as an integral member of our multi‑disciplinary teams, providing a proactive and facilitative clinical pathway navigation service by supporting clinical teams in ensuring that patient care is delivered effectively and in a timely manner in accordance with national guidance.
To provide administrative support services to the Consultants and clinical staff in the Plastics department and facilitate a smooth running of the department and the service by acting as a focus of communication with patients and their families, GPs and Cancer Services.
