Process Engineer – Plastic Injection Molding San Luis Potosí, Mexico Automotive Industry About the Position Boge Rubber Mexico is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer – Plastic Injection Molding to optimize manufacturing processes, ensure process stability, and guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards required by the organization and our automotive customers. Key Responsibilities Establish and validate process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency. Analyze and troubleshoot molding defects, cycle time issues, and material waste. Coordinate mold trials, pilot runs, and process validations. Participate in project transfers and new product launches. Develop and maintain process documentation, parameter sheets, and operating standards. Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Tooling departments to ensure operational stability.
