We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys designing reliable systems, thinking rigorously about infrastructure, and applying strong software fundamentals to real-world operational problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using declarative and reproducible approaches
- Apply solid software engineering principles to infrastructure, automation, and tooling
- Build and operate systems with a strong focus on reliability, security, and correctness
- Work extensively with containerized and orchestrated environments
- Maintain and improve build and deployment pipelines
- Understand and reason about networking and security concerns across environments
- Continuously improve system robustness through careful analysis and iteration
- Understand the difficulty of managing entropy in a complex system and adapt accordingly
