Platform Support Analyst I

About the Role

TripArc Inc. is looking for a Platform Support Analyst I to support Azure cloud-based proprietary applications and serve more than 1600 travel experts.

Responsibilities

  • User support: address inquiries, issues, and requests related to platform applications.
  • Escalations: raise tickets to development team and ensure end‑to‑end resolution.
  • Documentation: create and maintain knowledge‑base articles and other documentation.
  • Communication: coordinate with cross‑functional teams, developers, and stakeholders to report and elevate issues.
  • Training: assist in training sessions for end‑users.
  • Monitoring: continuously monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Feedback: gather user feedback to contribute to ongoing improvement.
