Job Summary: The Platform Technical Lead functions as an emerging expert, design, develop and implement complex business processes using the Bank’s automation platforms. Work with teams on multiple, highly complex engagements. Serve as the technical lead for engagements by ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery in compliance with coding standards, conducting architecture and code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. This role also involves refining scope, estimating work, managing client expectations, addressing risks, and working on complex modules while formulating structured plans to meet objectives.
