Job Description
· Minimum of 8-10 years of Change Management experience
· Strong understanding of PLM and Engineering Change Management processes.
· Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, BOM Management, BOM concepts, and PLM workflows.
· Proven background in Change Management, communication planning, and stakeholder management.
· Demonstrated ability to lead change across engineering, manufacturing, and
program teams.
· Experience managing training design, content validation, and readiness.
· Strong analytical ability to identify change impacts and readiness risks.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
· Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 products and Microsoft Teams
