Location: West Midlands (Occupied Social Housing) 
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week 
Contract: 2–3 months (sick cover) with potential extension and possible permanent role 
Pay: Up to £ per hour

A West Midlands housing association is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi‑Trade to carry out day‑to‑day reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties. This is a short‑term contract covering sickness, with the possibility of extension and long‑term employment. 

Your new role 
Responsive plumbing repairs in occupied homes
Fixing leaks, pipework, taps, wastes, cylinders and sanitary ware
Basic multi‑trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor joinery and making good
Working independently across local housing stock
What you'll need to succeed 
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing
