We are recruiting an experienced Multi‑Skill Trades Operative (Plumber‑biased) to join a busy Repairs & Maintenance team working across social housing properties in Leicestershire. This is a varied mobile role carrying out multi‑trade repairs, void refurbishments, and full kitchen installations.You’ll work directly in tenants’ homes, so a professional, friendly approach and strong customer service skills are essential.

Delivering plumbing‑focused repairs plus multi‑trade works across occupied and void properties

Providing excellent customer service to residents

What you'll need to succeed

NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (essential)
