It requires a reliable, experienced individual who can work independently and contribute effectively to a multi‑trade maintenance team.

Role Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on plumbing systems and carry out appropriate repairs.
• Install and maintain water, waste, and drainage systems using approved materials.
• Install sanitary ware, domestic appliances, and specialist fixtures where required.
• Clear blockages in waste and drainage systems.
