We're hiring for a motivated and skilled Plumbing Operative to join a well-established property maintenance team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and installations in social housing, including:
Tap replacements, pipework repairs, toilet and sink installs
Shower installations and repairs
Radiator replacements and basic heating system works (non-gas)
Leak detection and resolution
Kitchen and bathroom plumbing connections
