We seek an experienced PMO Lead with more than 10 years of Program Management Office (PMO) experience to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment. This role combines strategic and tactical leadership to drive organizational project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a central PMO repository of tools, templates, workflows, and governance processes for project managers.
- Monitor project health across internal tools and review forums, identifying red, troubled, or high‑risk projects for watchlist tracking and management escalation.
- Drive regular project health reviews and ensure timely updates to senior stakeholders on risks, issues, recovery actions, and progress.
- Consolidate and analyse monthly project financials, including revenue forecast, revenue landing, forecast gaps, and accuracy of submissions.
