  • Leadership and Oversight:
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of geographically dispersed direct reports including program managers and program coordinators.
  • Oversee the rigorous administration of effective program management practices and enforce adherence to Fluke’s Agile Program Management (APM) process.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Project Delivery:
  • Oversee the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs, from initiation to closure.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
