Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of planning, coordination, recording, and information tasks related to project management.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparation (e.g., creating presentations), support (e.g., taking minutes), and follow-up (e.g., sending out documents).
Prepare project reports, decision-making documents, and minutes of meetings.
Establish, monitor, maintain, and take responsibility for central document management and the pending list.
Support the flow of information within the project organization and the project environment.
Aid the procurement department in the procurement process as necessary.
