A Junior PMV (Plant, Machinery, and Vehicles) Engineer specializing in QHS (Quality, Health, and Safety) ensures the reliability, optimal performance, and safety compliance of all mechanical assets in a ready‑mixed concrete production facility.
Core Responsibilities Asset & Equipment Maintenance- Preventative Maintenanc e: Schedule and supervise routine maintenance for transit mixers, concrete pumps, wheel loaders, and batching plant machinery
- Breakdown Repair s: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults rapidly to minimize production downtime
- Spare Parts Contro l: Track inventory levels for critical machinery components and initiate purchase requisitions
