Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirement and competencies.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants ensuring that only qualified candidates progress to the next stage.
  • Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant hiring teams.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, and handle compensation negotiation when required.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Facilitate the induction program for new joiners.
  • Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker.
