Job Responsibilities

  1. Support testing, configuration, and daily technical support for POC radio devices and related platforms.
  2. Assist in product demonstrations, customer communication, and technical explanations.
  3. Support basic troubleshooting for POC radio devices, SIM card connection, mobile network connection, APN settings, platform login, dispatching functions, and device operation.
  4. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, partners, customers, and internal teams to follow up technical issues.
  5. Support project delivery, product installation, testing, customer training, and handover.
