About the Show
Mubarak Shah, CPA is the founder of AceCPAs and host of a business and M&A focused podcast.
We are building a consistent, high-quality podcast engine and need someone to own guest booking, guest outreach, and distribution support.
This role is a mix of research, outreach, scheduling, and light production coordination. The Role
You will own two core responsibilities:
Keep our podcast consistently booked with strong, relevant guests (2+ episodes per week)
Book Mubarak Shah as a guest on other high-quality podcasts to grow reach and authority What You Will Do
Source, research, and vet podcast guests aligned with business owners, buyers, sellers, and dealmakers
Run end-to-end guest outreach: pitching, booking, scheduling, sending prep notes, and follow-ups
Maintain a full content pipeline to ensure 3–4 recorded episodes per week with no gaps
Manage podcast publishing (via Megaphone or similar platforms): episode setup, titles, show notes, and sc...
