Account Management Partner (Kyndryl)
Account Management Partner – responsible for driving proactive account growth, retaining key accounts, and building long‑term relationships with senior executives. Oversees account P&L, collaborates with sales teams, and executes strategies to expand scope and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and maximize profitability.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts and create a strong pipeline.
- Manage one or more portfolio or strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with sales, solutions, and partner teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain account compliance, manage risks, and uphold Kyndryl’s reputation and ethical standards.
- Own the account P&L, drive cost efficiencies, and monitor financial performance.
