Join a leading Canadian Property & Casualty insurance provider as a Policy Conversion Representative for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role requires attention to detail and data processing skills for successful policy migration.
Based in Oakville, this position will require you to be onsite up to three days per week, particularly during a comprehensive 6–7 week training period. You will execute manual data entry, verify data accuracy, and communicate effectively with brokers via calls and emails. Performance will be measured against key quality indicators ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the conversion process.
