Overview
We are partnering with a leading Canadian Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance provider undergoing a major acquisition. The company is committed to data accuracy, regulatory adherence, and providing seamless service during this critical policy migration. We are hiring Policy Conversion Representatives for up to a 12-month contract to ensure the successful transfer of policy data.
Location & Work Model
Location: Oakville
Work Model: Hybrid. The employee will be required to be onsite for up to 3 days per week, with a higher onsite presence (closer to 3 days) initially during the 6–7 week training period. This may reduce as individual performance improves.
Contract Details & Compensation
Duration: Up to 12 months
Hourly Rate: $25.64 per hour
Schedule
Hours: 7.25 hours per day, 36.25 hours per week (includes standard lunch and breaks)
