About the opportunity  

As a Policy, Process & Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development, refinement and communication of processes for Last Mile operations. 

Working closely with the Policy, Process & Communications team, you will assist in drafting clear and effective process documentation, while helping to identify, review and update existing materials to ensure consistency across a national Last Mile framework.
