Pomerleau is hiring a Director of HR Systems & Data to lead SAP SuccessFactors initiatives and enhance employee analytics operations. This role focuses on delivering measurable results.
You will report to the Senior Director while leading a team of experts in improving HRIS efficiency and data integrity. Your collaboration with IT and program leads will focus on strategic implementations and standardized HR practices throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Collaborate with HR and IT for cohesive project management
• Standardize HRIS processes company-wide
• Enhance team knowledge in data systems and analytics
• Provide HR analytics for strategic decision support
