Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of hospitality and guest experience, exceeding guest expectations by giving outstanding first and last impressions.
• Ensure all guest luggage is offloaded and transferred to their respective rooms upon arrival, and assist guests with luggage upon departure.
• Park guest vehicles safely and manage related foyer duties.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in an upmarket 4* or equivalent environment with luggage handling, driving, and foyer duties.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, neat and professional appearance, and product knowledge of the hotel and city.
• Ability to lift heavy objects manually.
