The Haven Lab, in the Division of Engineering and the Center for Cyber Security, New York University Abu Dhabi, invites applications for a Post-doctoral Associate position in security and privacy.
The lab's mission is to provide individuals with control over their privacy and protection from digital threats. We want to work towards a future where digital services are inherently designed with user privacy and safety at the forefront.
Current research thrusts involve:
+ Large-scale measurements on the web to understand and characterize harmful online phenomena.
+ Development of AI-based countermeasures for security and privacy, especially in on-device settings.
+ Investigation of attacks/defenses on AI-based systems.
