Post IE (Ing. industrial) Key expected achievements:1.The progress initiatives are implemented using the job study methodology and/or the Lean approach to improve the performance of his entity.2.The basics OI are in place and maintained: TU, TRO/TRS, activity monitoring3.Standards and associated control mechanisms are established.4.Best practices are shared with the progress network.5.Change management is carried out successfully6.Operational teams gain autonomy to steer their progress initiatives.
