Fourth-Class Power Engineer
Location: Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, New Brunswick
Position: Permanent full‑time
Salary: Starting wage $36.34 per hour
What you will do
As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a heating/power plant and auxiliary equipment. You will monitor and assess environmental data, maintain a fuel delivery system, and overhaul and repair boilers.
Other responsibilities may include monitoring automatic controls within the power plant, operating and maintaining plant equipment, and performing minor repairs in accordance with codes and regulations.
Your home base will be at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton, but periodic travel to other Horizon facilities may be required.
Who you are
Possess a valid fourth‑class power engineer’s license in accordance with the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act, and a valid driver’s license....
