Responsibilities

The Power Market Sector Leader will:

• Lead program growth with emphasis on client development, market diversification, and talent recruitment.
• Manage multiple teams of engineers and designers across Canada, overseeing workload, quality, utilization, training, and performance reviews.
• Act as Senior Project Manager or Senior Engineer for power‑related projects (seller‑doer).
