Responsibilities
- Clear mission focused on ROI and scaling profitable campaigns
- Apple Search Ads optimisation (keyword structure, bidding, CPT, CPA)
- Campaign restructuring and cost reduction
- Keyword research and negative keywords strategy
- A/B testing creatives and App Store listings
- Attribution tracking and analytics using MMP tools
- Manage Google App Campaigns and Meta Ads
- Reduce wasted spend within the first 30 days
- Improve conversion rates and lower CPA
Requirements
- Deep experience with Apple Search Ads (not just Google Ads)
- Experience with mobile app install campaigns
- Strong understanding of CPI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Data-driven decision‑making skills
- Knowledge of ASO and keyword synergy with ads
- Experience scaling subscription‑based apps
