- Flags Manila-centric tone shifts
- Cultural & Context Validation
- Regional Credibility & KOL Vetting
- Identifies trending VisMin topics, suggests locally resonant formats, strengthens hyperlocal toolkit angles
- Ensures integration of VisMin references
- Spot niche, community-known creators
- Assesses its impact to the VisMin audience
