What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to micro-influencers, bloggers, and skincare creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Build and manage a contact database — creators, press, and potential collaborators
- Draft outreach messages and follow-ups that feel human, not templated
- Coordinate gifting, PR packages, and seeding campaigns end-to-end
- Track outreach performance — response rates, conversions, coverage generated
- Research partnership opportunities, local events, and pop-up possibilities
