Job Description

Pre-opening opportunity as Executive Chef for a high-end Mediterranean concept, strongly influenced by Spanish cuisine to be opening in Karachi Pakistan.
This a 6-month contract responsible for developing the culinary identity of the restaurant, building the kitchen brigade, and delivering a world-class dining experience from concept through to successful opening.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all culinary aspects of the pre-opening phase
Design and develop innovative Mediterranean menus with strong Spanish influences
Create signature dishes that balance authenticity, creativity and commercial success
Establish kitchen operating procedures, recipes, standards and systems
Recruit, train and mentor the opening culinary team
Manage supplier sourcing, product selection and procurement processes
Oversee kitchen design input, equipment selection and operational readiness
