Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
Design managed network solutions including: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi/WLAN, Internet/MPLS connectivity, Security and firewall solutions.
Pre-Sale Activities/ Post-Sales Responsibilities: Customer Coordination via Email, Telephone, CRM ticket handling, Customer Visits.
Draft Teechnical proposal, Solution diagrams, Bill of Materials (BoM), Scope of Work (SoW), HLD/LLD documents
Conduct customer presentations and technical discussions.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and technical validation.
Lead or support implementation and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with Core network teams, Field operations, NOC, Security teams and Vendors
Perform enterprise solution configurations, integration and testing
Prepare and maintain, As-built documentation, Acceptance reports, Operational handover documents
Support sales teams during RFP/RFQ ...
