Sprinklr is seeking a Managed Services Consultant in Dubai to act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting Solutions Consultants and driving new business with Sprinklr’s Service products.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, preferably in presales, and strong knowledge of cloud contact center technologies. Responsibilities include leading presales activities, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining Sprinklr product certifications.
