Press Brake Operator

We are working with a reputable company based in Chelmsford (CM3) who require a professional Press Brake Operator / Sheet Metal Worker. The position is a permanent role paying up to £17.00 per hour + Benefits (DOE). Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 7.30am - 1.00pm Key Responsibilities Set up and operate press brakes. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Carry out quality checks on finished components. Assist with laser cutting, grinding, assembly, and general fabrication duties as required. Follow all health and safety procedures. Requirements Previous experience in press brake operation, sheet metal work, or a similar engineering role preferred. Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic measurements.
