YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Assign as shift leader during silent hours
- Able to perform daily machine 5S and maintenance.
- Able to carry out minor repair and improvement on equipment.
- Able to lead a team of Technicians and be accountable for mistakes.
- Manage parts repair and control without guidance.
- Handle equipment audit and improvement.
- Able to do machine setup and installation.
- Able to support multiple types of tools with CM expertise.
- Shift leader for PM task and manpower assignment and be accountable for mistakes.
