What's the role

This is a newly created role built to strengthen pricing capabilities and drive profitable growth in the Swedish market. As a Pricing Business Partner, you will be at the center of how Hilti Sweden prices, positions, and protects its premium offering — working across sales, marketing, and finance to turn data into decisions that matter.

You will report to the Strategic Pricing Manager, within the Marketing department.

What You'll do

You are the owner of pricing business partnering, processes and a key driver of margin performance — combining analytical depth with hands-on execution and close collaboration across the business. Responsibilities include:
