Support all Tender and Pricing initiatives and deliverables. Win more business by pushing for competitive rates.
Job Duties
- Assist in monitoring all IP O&E inquiries especially for project shipment
- Maintain and submit rate for IP O&E Global Contract Rate
- Assist in supporting Operation Coordinator Team in preparing selling rates for RFQ, Spot Quote inquiry and other related IP O&E customers
- Maintain good relationship with carriers and co-loaders on local level or from overseas, especially for Project shipment and O&E customers, negotiating ad hoc rates
- Maintain good relationship with IP local agents, negotiating ad hoc rates
- Maintain good relationship with new and existing IP customers
- Monitor process for project shipment from providing rate to project completion and cargo delivery to ensure smooth operation
