We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 class teacher to join our friendly and supportive staff team within our Alternative Provision.
Our AP provides an adaptive and highly individualised full-school curriculum to young people who, for various reasons, are not yet ready to engage in a full-time school placement. They may be autistic, might have attachment difficulties, or have social, emotional, and mental health needs with associated challenging behaviours. Our teachers are supported to be adaptive and reactive to the needs of the young person while still maintaining high expectations of progress.
It is an exciting time to join the team, as the AP is a newly registered OFSTED special school, which will enable us to support our young people full-time and ensure they receive the best support to progress to a suitable permanent school placemen...
