We're seeking an experienced Prime Business Analyst to join our Prime Team in Barcelona (hybrid) to help define the broader talent strategy across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with business insights generated from data analysis.
Take ownership of the database from the business side, understanding business needs and presenting key insights.
Elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions, such as expanding program benefits or evaluating the profitability of free trials.
Create dashboards and tracking, mastering internal Business Intelligence tools to monitor business KPIs.
